We offer a wide range of clinic services. Visit us during our regular hours of operation to access our wide range of health services and programs. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Feel free to reach out to us during these hours for any assistance.
Our staff of Nurses and Health Educators work within the community to bring the best information possible to our residents. We provide programs in the schools, civic and religious organizations, community centers, and workplaces. We have a team of highly trained professionals available to help you to make positive lifestyle choices and improve the quality of your life. Scholarship opportunity:
The Carla G. Baumann Scholarship (CGB Scholarship) is open to graduates of the nursing and public health programs at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and Berea College and current students in those programs at EKU. It is designed to recognize high-achieving students who aspire to further their education in a graduate level or higher nursing or public health program. Two scholarships of $1000.00 will be awarded annually to qualified applicants by the Madison County Health Department.
