The Madison County Health Department is offering grants of up to $10,000 for community-based organizations working to improve public health. If you have an innovative, evidence-based project addressing community needs, apply today to make a difference! The grants are intended to help fund new projects, not provide funding for existing operations.Applications are open for initiatives running from April to October 2025. The deadline for submission is close of business on February 28, 2025.
