We offer a wide range of clinic services. Visit us during our regular hours of operation to access our wide range of health services and programs. We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Feel free to reach out to us during these hours for any assistance.

Community Services

Our staff of Nurses and Health Educators work within the community to bring the best information possible to our residents. We provide programs in the schools, civic and religious organizations, community centers, and workplaces. We have a team of highly trained professionals available to help you to make positive lifestyle choices and improve the quality of your life. Resources & Programs

Madison County Health Department offers a range of preventive health services. These services are available through our clinic, community health, and diabetes programs. Some programs are available in the home.  Our focus is on helping individuals improve their health by preventing disease and developing healthy lifestyles. Charges and payment options vary by program. Please choose from the programs below for more information.

Covid 19 Information

COVID-19 can be very contagious and spreads quickly. People with COVID-19 typically have mild symptoms, but some people can become severely ill. If you have COVID-19 You can go back to your normal activities when, for at least 24 hours, both are true: Your symptoms are getting better overall, and You have not had a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medication).”

Scholarship opportunity:

Carla G. Baumann Scholarship

The Carla G. Baumann Scholarship (CGB Scholarship) is open to graduates of the nursing and public health programs at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) and Berea College and current students in those programs at EKU. It is designed to recognize high-achieving students who aspire to further their education in a graduate level or higher nursing or public health program. Two scholarships of $1000.00 will be awarded annually to qualified applicants by the Madison County Health Department.
